  • Laura has been coaching and competing in fitness since 2013, with a deep focus on weightlifting, conditioning, and macro-coaching for women across all ages and backgrounds. She is passionate about empowering women through mental preparation and long-term lifestyle changes that go beyond quick fixes. With a unique understanding of the challenges women face – balancing family life, full-time careers, fitness goals, and body image – Laura specializes in helping women navigate these demands while building strength and confidence.

    By tailoring workout plans, nutrition strategies, and mindset coaching to fit each client’s individual circumstances and goals, Laura supports sustainable progress and habit transformation. She thrives on helping women overcome body image struggles and regain confidence in the gym. Additionally, Laura is certified in perinatal care, offering specialized support to women who are pregnant or have been through pregnancy. Her approach is all about creating lasting change that enhances both physical strength and mental well-being.

  • Hannah’s passion for movement began at the young age of two as a competitive dancer. Over the years, she expanded her focus beyond dance to include bodybuilding, Pilates, and Barre, creating a holistic approach to fitness. After struggling with self-love and balanced eating habits, Hannah sought guidance from Laura, and their work together sparked a deeper passion for strength training and coaching. 

    Now, Hannah is dedicated to empowering women through fitness, focusing on strength, confidence, and balance. She designs individualized, sustainable programs that prioritize both physical and mental well-being, tailoring her approach to each client’s unique needs and goals. Her philosophy centers on the idea that fitness should enhance life, not disrupt it—helping clients feel strong, at home in their bodies, and confident in their ability to maintain balance.
