A foundational lifting program that brings you back to the basics—in the best way. Learn how to lift with confidence, build consistency, and reconnect with your body’s strength and rhythm. Designed for women returning to movement, this is your safe, strong starting place.

  • Perfect for beginners or returning lifters

  • No macros, but lots of recipes for inspiration

  • Choose home workouts or Gym-based programming (Minimal equipment needed, if you choose home workouts) 

  • Weekly check-ins, coaching videos, and form reviews

this is your hour. Lift, connect, and be.

Meet us at the beautiful Elysium Wellness Club for in-person sessions made for women on the move. Whether you just dropped off the kids, are heading into work, or carving out a little “me time” in your routine—we’ve got you covered.

These aren’t your average workouts. With expert coaching and a down-to-earth vibe, we’ll push you when you need it, cheer you on every step, and keep you focused like your favorite gym bestie. Choose from small group sessions or 1:1 training sessions with a certified female strength coach.

Each session includes:

  • Full-body lifting + cardio

  • Options for all fitness levels—from beginner to advanced

  • A focus on real transformation, real connection, and real sweat

  • And yes—you just might find your new workout crew, too
